Have you ever question you existence in this world? Well, at least I do. Even to this day. I have yet to find my purpose in life. Question about all the things that I cant control I decided to be more positive, love myself more and be happy. I want to make an effort to be happy and feels better even when things seems like there is no hope.
How to Self Love
These are the steps or I said the things that I will try to do whenever I feel stressed out and feels demotivated aka sleep all the time.
- read a book (fiction or non fiction)
- cook more (try new healthy recipes. The groceries pretty much at the ground level at my condo)
- writing/journaling (to let everything out of my chest and cry too it helps to feel better)
- painting (just paint whatever, just google any picture possibly easy to draw hehe)
- plan outing with a friend (either for hiking/movies/cafe dates)
- clean the condo (for some reason cleaning make me feel better, easier to sleep after you get tired cleaning the whole condo)
- watch a movie (movie and books always keep my mind away by get sucked into the character)
- research on places to go (I aim to travel to few countries this year, i will do all the research and planning and once I had the time and money I can just buy the ticket and go!)
