Day 9: Set your future self for success
- How are you feeling today?
- Today I feel way better than yesterday. Knowing that I matter, makes the biggest impact on my mood. I'm having trouble in seeing my contribution for the past couple week. And today, I got to see the my presents matters from different angle. Makes me feels relief that I'm no longer in this suck mood. I know where am I heading and what things I need to do for that. Either or not I got it thats different story, at least I want to enjoy the journey.
- What are you grateful for today?
- We had snack and acai bowl at the office. Always grateful for food provided by the company.
- Had dinner with friend
- Start learning about CSS and HTML
Setting goals is a transformative act of self-love and a catalyst for self-improvement. When we establish clear objectives, whether they're related to personal development, health, career, or relationships, we are essentially making a commitment to our own growth and happiness. Goals provide a roadmap, offering direction and purpose to our actions. As we progress toward these milestones, the sense of achievement boosts our self-esteem, reinforcing our belief in our capabilities. Moreover, the journey toward our goals allows for self-discovery and resilience-building. It's not just about reaching the destination; it's about evolving along the way. Each step taken towards a goal becomes a testament to our commitment to self-love, demonstrating that we value ourselves enough to invest time and effort into becoming the best version of who we can be.

PERSONAL
- Create my own website
- Meet my partner and get married
- Have kids
- Learn how to cook more complex dishes
- Make my own clothes
FINANCIAL
- Run my own online business
- Saving for travelling
- Buy my dream bag
- Live a financial freedom life
- Have my own house and car
HEALTH
- Be the healthiest I can be
- Drink 1.5 - 2 litres water daily
- Eat mostly protein and veggies
- Achieve my dream weight
- Doing intermitten fasting regularly
RELATIONSHIP
- Have a harmony and supportive relationship with my partner
- Positive and reliable relationship with my team at work
- Healthy relationship with food
- Love my body and be comfortable with it. Workout regularly and be healthy and happy in general
- Love me and myself. Less overthinking and limit the negative thoughts
Honestly, for most of the items that I want to achieve, I already working on it and the others and not on me. But of course there are things that I can do better and have proper plan to achieve it sooner.
The main 4:-
- Personal: Create my own website
- I started learning html and css from Udemy. Im hoping to finish the course by next month
- Financial: Start my own online business
- I need to do more research on what should I do to start an online business and what do I need
- Achieve my dream weight
- Diet and workout. I already eating more protein and veggies but I dont do it religiously. I will need to come up with a proper plan and follow it to the T. Soon, before the holiday!
- Relationship: Love me and myself
- I believe that Im in good position for this one. I journal daily and as what I'm doing now I journal for different reason. Next will be working on whole routine like yoga, meditation, envision and listen to more uplifting podcast.
There you go. Thats all I can think of at the moment and some of it I will keep it private to myself and working on it.
