Salam and hi everyone,
So today I will share few halal food stall or restaurants that I manage to visit while im in the city. I didnt manage to go more as I prioritise to visit more places than focus on food. Because I love their onigiri, so I’m good to have that for each meal.
I arrived at the Kansai International Airport around 2pm then took the train straight to Namba Station. I stay in Wasabi Hostel, Osaka bed with library that situation in Namba district. It took around an hour to reach there and 5-10mins walk to the hostel. The place situated in the middle of Namba City Walk and 5 mins walking distance to Dotonbori. I checked in at the hostel around 5pm, put the stuff in, pray then head right back out. Walk around the places I googled halal restaurant but either its already closed or its far bit away. So I decided to just eat street food.

The next day I had my coffee and biscuits that I brought from home for breakfast. This has been my breakfast for most of my days in Japan. I brought my own tumblr too.
I manage to go to Nara Park and Kyoto on second day so after visiting few places, I had my lunch at Halal Ramen Gion Naritaya. They have prayer room. I refused to eat other halal food like indian, pakistnaian or even malaysian food while I'm here so the choice is very limited.
And, that night I'm having my onigiri food. I love this thing haha its basically rice and tuna filling. I have this as my brunch if I feel hungry and my lunch is no where near...
For day 3 and 4 i use the 2-days pass for Osaka. Cant find any halal place along the way so I just had subway for lunch. I manage to met with a friend for Japanese tea and dessert and headed home for dinner.
Sorry I cant remember whats this cafe name is, its nearby the Namba Station. Let me know if you recognise this place. They had the cup handmade and did sell it in the store. There were full of people inside the cafe, so I didn't snap any photos.
My Dinner.
Day 4, I'm still visiting around Osaka. Start my day early with coffee and biscuit and out the door. I'm glad I went to Osaka Castle early as I manage to snaps few pictures without a lot of people around. I went there on my own, didn't bring my tripod so I have to use timer and put the camera/phone anywhere possible. Its harder of the place have a lot of people.
For lunch, I stop by at Ramen Honolulu. Its cool, you have to order from the vendor machine. Oh ya, they also have prayer room for 1 person. Small but at least I'm good for the rest of the day.
For dinner I had my Brahim's dish and rice again.
For Day-5 I went to Kyoto for the city tour and outlet. Didnt manage to find any halal restaurant so I opt out for takeaway sushi and fancy coffee. And, that night I have. my noodles and fish fillet mcD.
Last day in here, I decided to order me some breakfast offered in the hostel.
I have evening flight, so I manage to walk around Namba and eat street food like fried sweet potato, takoyaki and green tea ice cream. The picture below is Halal Japanese Restaurant. I just googled and this come up as the nearest to my hostel.
Well, i guess thats all I manage to try. Mind you there are a lot more halal restaurants around that offer different type of food like kebab and middle-eastern food but I just want to try Japanese-ish type of food. And for halal shabu-shabu or sushi restaurants are on the fancy side of range which mean more expensive so I skipped. I realized I didnt have pictures of few more food that I tried but I hope this is somewhat helpful. Anything as below. I'm more than happy to answer :)
Have a nice day.
Love,
